Data collected
When you create an account with Google, your name, email address, and profile picture are shared with us. In addition, your account's credit balance, purchased packages, and payment records (order code, amount, date) from our payment provider are stored. Photos you upload during generation are processed temporarily.
How your photos are used
The photos you upload are used solely to operate the tool you selected (generate a template, remove the background, or extract a character). After generation is complete, your original photo is not permanently stored on our servers. Downloading the output is your responsibility — we do not republish it later.
Payments
All payments are processed via a 256-bit SSL protected, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Your card number, expiration date, or CVV never reach our servers; we only store the order code, success status, and amount returned by our payment provider.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies necessary for session and login. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can delete these cookies from your browser settings; if you do, you will need to log in again.
Data deletion request
If you wish to delete your account, records, or purchase history, simply send a short email to info@nakkashai.com. We will delete all your data, except for our legal retention obligations, within 30 days.
